Friends Academy - Latin 1B - Online Course SKU: FAL-L1B
Latin 1B covers Unit 1, Stages 9-12 and Unit 2, Stages 13-16 of the Cambridge Latin Course. Suitable for 8th graders or rising 9th graders who have not previously had Latin. Students will learn Latin vocabulary, forms, reading skills, and study topics in ancient Roman culture and mythology. A plethora of online activities assist with student learning; online quizzes allows students to track progress and grades continually; and instructor access via email and chat ensures that all questions are answered promptly and addressed. When necessary, students will meet with the teacher in a virtual, real-time classroom to go over topics that might require more specific directed instruction.
