Curriculum to supplement each chapter of Ecce Romani I.
Supplemental curriculum to reinforce vocabulary, forms and reading. Each chapter contains vocabulary practice and etymology. The etymology gives students a word bank of Latin root words from which they create English derivatives to fill in the blanks in English sentences. This forms the basis for the quiz in the Assessments book. Forms practice provides reinforcement in recognizing and creating forms, as well as in learning how the new form influences the meaning or translation of the word. Activities vary by chapter, but all chapters include a summarizer page about how the forms are made and identified. Reading is supported with prereadings for each chapter, drill sentences and true-false questions about the chapter story. Magic Lists for the stories are sold separately. 165 pages.
