Curriculum to accompany each chapter of Ecce Romani II.
Supplemental curriculum to reinforce vocabulary, forms and reading. Each chapter contains vocabulary practice and etymology. The etymology gives students a word bank of Latin root words from which they create English derivatives to fill in the blanks in English sentences. This forms the basis for the quiz in the Ecce II Assessments book. Forms practice provides reinforcement in recognizing and creating forms, as well as in learning how the new form influences the meaning or translation of the word. Activities vary by chapter, but all chapters include a summarizer page about how the forms are made and identified. Reading is supported with pre-readings for each chapter, drill sentences and true-false questions about the chapter story. This book includes work on clauses identification and sentence architecture in each chapter as well. Magic Lists for the stories are sold separately. 253 pages.
